During the six-month old baby ceremony, the baby is asked for a blessing from Ida Bhatara Perthiwi to be given harmony, health, and not affected by disasters and obstacles. At the age of 6 months the baby is allowed to step on the ground for the first time.

The Nyama Catur were given purification, and were given new names, Sang Garga, Sang Metri, Sang Kurusya and Sang Mretanjala. All those four were requested by the priest who led the ceremony to return to their respective places.
